Visual Description : The spherical bowl with flat bottom has two appendages on opposite sides which reflect the tail and the head of an animal. Between the narrow circular opening and each of the appendages are two holes which may have served to facilitate suspension. The sides of the vessel show fore- and hind legs in relief. Another opening on the underside of the head is hollow and contains a clay pellet.
